Koi Editor is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

The application does not require an account and does not include tracking or telemetry.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Stripe, our payment processor.

Stripe collects and processes the information necessary to complete payments, comply with legal obligations, and help prevent fraud. This may include your name, email address, billing information, and payment details.

We use limited purchase information, such as your name and email address, to generate, deliver, and help recover your license if requested.

App telemetry

Koi Editor does not collect or transmit:

• usage analytics
• crash analytics
• advertising identifiers
• behavioral tracking
• in-app telemetry

Documents, settings, and project data remain on your device unless you choose to use a third-party service or send information to one.

Third-party services

Koi Editor can be used with third-party AI providers and APIs, such as Ollama or services you configure yourself.

Any information you choose to send to those services is governed by their own privacy policies.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We only share personal information with service providers necessary to process purchases, such as Stripe, or where required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
